Hey, I’m Leah and I’m glad you’re here! I hold space for women who are yearning to develop a deep, truthful and embodied relationship to themselves and the cosmos.
I’m based out of small surf town in Peru and work with women both in person through retreats and through virtual sessions over Zoom.
Together, we work on unlearning limiting beliefs, improving self confidence & self esteem and creating a deep awareness within the body, mind and spirit.
I believe that embodying our authentic selves is the most important work we can do in our lifetimes.
The way I see it…
The most important relationship we’ll ever have is the one we have with ourselves – which includes the divinity we all have inside of ourselves.
HUnfortunately, we were never taught how to nurture this, and often even discouraged to let this inner light guide us. Instead we were encouraged to be logical with our decisions instead of following our hearts, leading to a deep disconnect over time.
However, as we practice reconnecting with our authentic selves and this divinity inside of us we start feeling the true depths of our human experience. We are able to make honest decisions with confidence, feel connected to our intuition, and trust that we are always being guided.
Why the Dedication to Inner Work
By doing this type of inner work, we can experience the life we are meant to be living. We can experience a life that feels like us. If we are not truly connected to who we are and what we need, we move through life as though we were wearing shoes that don’t really fit.
As an empowerment mentor, I love guiding other women through this process. It’s not always an easy or comfortable journey. To realign your life with your core values takes courage, and dedication. Healing is not linear and it can be really helpful to have someone keep you grounded and reassured along the way.
My vision for us, as a collective, is that we each become a little bit obsessed with our lives. That we nurture our innate connection to the cosmos and develop trust. That we stop playing small, that we don’t let fear run the show and that we authentically show up, no matter how disruptive it may seem at times.
A Little More About Me
I come from a very Italian family, grew up in North Vancouver Canada, and have lived in Lobitos Peru since 2013.
Learning to surf was a MAJOR turning point in my own Reconnection journey. Surfing and the ocean are still two of my biggest teachers.
Yoga was my first formal introduction to spirituality. In recent years I have deeply connected to Shamanic Plant Medicine, and Intuition Work.
I absolutely love this work and consider it to be a privilege. Thank you for being here.
