Cultivating Self-Trust from the Inside Out
An Embodied Workshop for Women
July 26 10am-1pm
North Vancouver
How often do you look outside of yourself for answers?
Whether it’s asking for everyone else’s opinion, second-guessing your decisions, or waiting until you feel “ready,” it’s easy to lose trust in yourself.
Reconnect: Cultivating Self-Trust from the Inside Out is an invitation to slow down, quiet the external noise, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Through an embodied yoga practice, guided reflection, journaling, and meaningful conversation, you’ll explore practical ways to cultivate self-trust, navigate life’s decisions with greater clarity, and live in greater alignment with yourself.

Together we’ll explore:
- What self-trust really is (and why it’s different from confidence)
- How to recognize the difference between fear and intuition
- What it feels like to be in and out of alignment
- How to quiet external noise and reconnect with your inner guidance
- Simple practices you can take home to strengthen self-trust in everyday life
